All orders $99.00 and higher are dispatched free of charge, all orders under $99.00 incur a flat rate charge of $9.90 for delivery and handling, or $6.90 for small parcels under 500gm.

Our huge warehouse and large stock holding means you never have to wait for us to order your parts in. If it's for sale on our website, it is physically in stock.

We dispatch orders every day Monday to Friday and offer same day dispatch for all orders received prior to 1pm. Orders received after 1 pm or on weekends and Public Holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

We use Australia Post and Startrack Express for delivery, depending on the size and destination of the parcel.

Indicative Delivery times after despatch from The Ducted Vacuum Centre

  • Most orders will be delivered by Startrack Express or Australia Post.
  • Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between 7.00am - 5pm.
  • For metropolitan areas, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Hobart, standard delivery can take between 2-5 days.
  • For WA, NT and all regional areas of other states and territories, standard delivery can take between 5-10 days.
  • Delivery times quoted can vary slightly depending on exact delivery location.
  • A signature is normally required for delivery.
  • You may add special delivery instructions as you place your order.
  • Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours.
  • Some parcels cannot be delivered to Post office boxes - always provide a street address as well.

Shipping to New Zealand is available

All orders shipped to a New Zealand address are charged on a per kilo basis. The charge will be visible on the checkout page once address details have been filled in. Prices displayed on this website include 10% GST which will be deducted at the checkout when a New Zealand shipping address is entered.

How do I get something delivered?

Once you've found what you were looking for, just add it all to your shopping cart and go through the checkout process.

It's as simple as that! All you need is a delivery address, a postcode, and your payment details ready. Please note some parcels cannot be delivered to Post office boxes - always provide a street address as well.

What if I want to pick up the goods?

When you have completed your order, make a note in the comments section at the shipping step in the checkout process.
This will allow you to come in and pick up your order at our collection area.
Goods can be picked up Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm.
Proof of Purchase and ID is required when collecting from our warehouse.


If you are picking up your order, please wait until you are advised that your order has been processed and available for pickup. You will be notified via email usually 1 working day after you have submitted your order. If you require your goods sooner, please call in advance to organise priority service.
